Preventive Visits
Scheduled inspection and servicing that catches degradation before it becomes an outage.
Preventive maintenance visits, defined-response breakdown support and spares management — for IT, network and surveillance infrastructure.
Infrastructure degrades quietly. Fans clog, UPS batteries lose capacity, camera lenses fog, firmware falls behind, and a backup job that has been failing for six weeks is only discovered when a restore is needed. None of it announces itself until something stops.
An AMC replaces that pattern with a schedule. BS Gateway carries out preventive visits on an agreed calendar, checks the things that fail silently, and provides breakdown support with response times defined in the contract. You receive a report after every visit, so you can see the condition of your infrastructure rather than assume it.
Scheduled inspection and servicing that catches degradation before it becomes an outage.
Response times defined by severity, with remote-first resolution and on-site attendance where needed.
Lens cleaning, focus and angle verification, recording confirmation, storage health and firmware currency.
Switch and router health, configuration backup, link testing and capacity review.
Critical spare identification and replacement coordination so a failed part does not mean a week of downtime.
A written report after every visit covering what was checked, what was found and what needs attention.
A non-comprehensive AMC covers labour, preventive visits and diagnosis; replacement parts are billed separately as used. A comprehensive AMC includes specified spare parts within the contract value. Non-comprehensive suits newer equipment still under warranty; comprehensive suits ageing infrastructure where failures are more likely and you want budget certainty.
Typically quarterly for standard environments and monthly for critical or high-density sites such as manufacturing plants, hospitals and large camera estates. The frequency is agreed based on your environment and the operational cost of downtime.
Yes. We start with a condition audit to document the current state, identify what needs immediate attention and confirm what is realistically supportable. That audit becomes the baseline for the contract, so there is no ambiguity later about pre-existing faults.
Breakdown support is part of the AMC. You log the fault, we respond within the contracted time for that severity, diagnose remotely where possible and attend on site where necessary. Response commitments are stated in the contract.
